Not possible sequence columns by GL date

Hi Team,

Does any body know why Data sequencing in P4114 application is not possible , i am trying to change order for GL date but arrow moment is disabled for GL date field.

I can do sequencing in 9.0 but not in 9.2, can you tell me if the changes are done in 9.2 for specific reason
