Third Party Integration + Retro Deductions

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 Image 44 PT 8.60.09

We are in the process of creating an intergration with an third party benefit administrator where changes to enrollments will be made in their system and then interfaced and loaded in our base benefit tables. The loading of the data to base benefits is not creating a retro trigger for the enrollment changes. Has anyone else ran into something similar?

We are creating an SR, but sometimes the community is a little quicker.
