Jurisdiction Use and Pay Line Impact
Hello all,
I'm working my our HR team to explore the use of the jurisdiction set up for managing minimum wage. We have a update to minimum wage coming July 1st, and it seems like jurisdictions in PeopleSoft may provide an easier option for maintenance. A couple of questions for you:
Can you tell me how this function impacts the pay lines in Job Data? Does it overwrite the pay information on the job record, or would it add a new pay line with the new effective wage rate?
I appreciate your help! I've been looking through PeopleBooks, but I'd like to get some feedback from from others on this.
