JDE 9.2 - RMA Receipt with serial number issue

While receiving an RMA which has the serial number, i am getting the message 'This Serial Number is Not Available'. I tried checking the item availability, there is no qty existing there. Item leger also has the +1 , -1 entry. Not sure, what is causing it.

Can you please help ?
