Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Is there a replacement for the Synchronize WF Local Tables

I have a client on 12.2.10 who gets the following when trying to add responsibilities in the fnd_user page:

ORA-20002: [WF_NO_USER] NAME=<name> ORIG_SYSTEM=NULL ORIG_SYSTEM_ID=NULL
has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT

Searches in MOS show many of the resolutions include running this concurrent process. However, I understand this is now obsolete.

Has it been replaced by any other concurrent program? If so which one?
