ECPUC (EBS CPU Checker) previous versions

Our company has a policy to stay one patch cycle behind from Oracle's PSU releases. I am trying to run the ECPUC utility but it checks only against the latest CPU/PSU availabe. The ECPUC version says 2024.4 meaning its to be run against the EBS installation for identifying patches released in April 2024 PSU. I am trying to find out how to obtain the previous PSU's patch requirements (Jan 2024).

Can anyone help? Search on MOS did not yield any concrete answers.
