Patch Analysis Report displays incorrect file version in "Version in APPL_TOP" column

Hi All,

Patch wizard analysis is not showing the correct file version while showing the file version from the APPL_TOP. For example:

The file version in the patch analysis is showing as "120.19" BUT in the file system it is "120.19.12020000.7"

Due to this the “Impact Type” in the patch analysis wizard is showing the value as "changed file", although it should show that no file will be changed in the system by the patch.
