Migrating from 4600 to 4900 while changing Sites

I am migrating from Data center one to Data center two. DC1 is runing 4600 while DC2 will be 4900. My IP addresses and TLS certs CN will change in DC2. Also DC1 is 9.1 and DC2 is 9.2. My question is, other than migrating flow by flow, or ckt by ckt from DC1 to DC2, what is the most efficient way to get this done?
