Error message from the partner site: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key [Ljava.lang.O

Currently we are Versioning a quote in CPQ where the CPQ Quote number would be same but the Version Number would change. And when we want to sync the Versioned quote back to CX Sales, we get error message saying: "An error occurred while communicating with the partner site. Error message from the partner site: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key [Ljava.lang.Object;@fe7a82a."

Has anyone faced a similar issue? How can we resolve this? Can we have the Primary Key updated in CX Sales to include the Version Number along with the CPQ Quote Number?
