Users who are not using payroll/HR services but are having issues with address validation

Hello oracle experts,

How would you update addresses in oracle procurement module if you are using vertex for address validation only ? How would you solve an issue of some addresses not being validated if you are not using payroll and HR in oracle but using procurement for intaking suppliers addresses.

is there a way to update Vertex locations regularly. Is there a channel we can go through to reach vertex to update those address? We are having issues with validating AP addresses and other regular addresses.

Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated
