Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Any option available in 12.2.8 version to generate OTP and authentication before making ship confirmation?

Process explained below.

We have booked the order to the customer name

Picking the stock and reservation

Making ship confirm (OTP authentication is required at the time of ship confirm)
