Hi,

I'm working with VM via Nutanix and the host needs to be ugrade as regards the current kernel , moving it from OL7.9 to OL8 using Leapp. Leapp upgrade is OK but there is a failure during the boot (SCSI /boot) with the new kernel OL8 ! In attachment the issues of the last reboot (journalctl -p 3 -xb)

[Capture_boot_OL8_errors_.GIF, removed by moderator]

the source kernel is : Linux 4.1.12-124.84.2.el7uek.x86_64 (UEK 6)

the target kernel is : Linux 5.4.17-2136.330.7.1.el8uek.x86_64

the Grub before boot is :

index=0
kernel=/boot/vmlinuz-upgrade.x86_64
args="ro crashkernel=auto rhgb quiet LANG=en_US.UTF-8 xen-blkfront.max_ring_page_order=4 xen-blkfront.max_indirect_segments=8 xen-blkfront.max_queues=2 net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0 enforcing=0 rd.plymouth=0 plymouth.enable=0"

Howdy, Stranger!
