Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What changes were made after the patch was initially released at about 1pm ?

I see it was updated and re-released an hour later. We had already applied it to our PUM image - what was missed?
