Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a question regarding updating an absence request that is in a Denied or Push Back status. The steps taken are as follows:

Employee submits a request.
Manager either selects Deny or Push Back.
Employee opens the Deny or Push Back request via the View Requests page. When the request opens, the page that opens is titled "Request Details" and does not include the Related Information Side Panel that you see when accessing the Manage Absences page.
