What is the Order Locking Behavior in Metasolv Solution 6.3 from the TBS Perspective?

In the Service Request module of Metasolv Solution 6.3, it has been observed that when managing an order, if the window is closed due to inactivity or if the user decides to close it without first exiting the order modification(supplement), the order becomes locked for that user and no one else can manage it.

We would like to confirm if this behavior is expected by default in Metasolv Solution or if the order should automatically be released after a certain period of time or upon closing the TBS. I mean, is it correct for the order to remain locked indefinitely after these actions, or should the lock be released after a period of time or upon closing the TBS session?
