SSL CONFIGURATION NOT WORKING ON ORACLE EBS 12.2.4

Good day,

I have an Oracle ebs 12.2.4 application that i am configuring SSL certificate on. But the SSL certificate does not work yet it works on an APACHE webserver that i was testing with.

I was using Doc ID 1367293.1 and Doc ID 2143101.1 as a reference. It doesn't show any errors and its like it doesn't read the installed certificate.

Note: I have tested the certificate on Apache webserver and the certificate its fine.
