Initial load from Source to Target DB with Golden Gate 21.3

Hi All,

Using Goldengate 21.3 to migrate whole database from source 11204 to 19.21 target database. If any one has done or can suggest about either expdp/impdp or transportable tablespace for initial load with best possible way or any reference document.
