PROJECTS PUBLIC API FOR THE EXPENDITURES TABLES

Oracle currently does not have a public api that will update those tables at this time.
An enhancement request for an API to modify the expenditure tables can be seen in
Enhancement Request: bug:13345007.

when will it be available this enhancement ? it's very usefull.
