A 'pen' test stated that my RAC One Node 19C environment has this vulnerability. The test identified both physical nodes, the DB-scan, and my vip (node-2) address. There are probably other vip address that were not identified for the scan listener. I see a lot of documentation on this vulnerability going back to 11.4. Is there a 'fix' for this issue in 19C. Very troubling that this issue has existed since version 11 and Oracle has not instituted a default fix for it.
