Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am working on an SLA Rule to Halt or Notify Requester when a segment is entered (that is considered as nonuse able) within line distribution

So far this is what i have done, but it seems not to be working for me. Please help.
