Question on two modifications for the Academic Advisement report BI Publisher template

I have attached a sample copy of Oracle’s delivered academic advisement report using a sample of our student data and I have highlighted three areas on page 3.

My administration is asking me if could tweak the units line where the In-Progress (IP) is totaled separately. The green highlighted line is where I would like to see if this is possibly. The yellow highlighted lines are the IP lines that my administration is asking me to do is to display this line differently. This is how they are asking the line to appear, Units: 25.00 required, 10:00 used (EN type), 12:00 In-Progress (IP type) 3:00 needed.
