Change of host name on Oracle database server - consequences, problems

What could be the problems/consequences for Oracle database(what to change /run manually) if host name changes on database server? Oracle Linux Server release 8.9. Oracle19c database (single, not container), multiple instances. I see , for instance, view v$instance shows host value.
