Attention EBS US HR Customers: Patches Released for 2023 EEO-1 Reporting

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)

Attention Oracle EBS US HR Customers:

The following one off patches have been released that contain the 2023 EEO-1 updates for
electronic data file upload. Note that no updates are required to the Electronic EEO-1 Report for 2023 reporting (as compared to the 2022 reporting requirements), but the paper EEO
Individual Establishment Report (PDF) report has been updated to accommodate the 2023 reporting format.

** IMPORTANT - Market Driven Support for EBS Release 12.1 Payroll Customers:

The updates included in this one off patch are only available to EBS US HR customers with a valid Market Driven Support (MDS) contract in place. This is due to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 moving into Sustaining Support on January 1, 2022. For more information on Market Driven Support options for EBS HRMS customers, refer to
