Receiving an error on a Web ADI Integrator in Excel. Error message PL/SQL parameter list 201

Full error message is "An error has occurred while running an API import. No return type specified in PL/SQL parameter list 201:DSB_PO_CREATION_2_PLS attribute 3."

Is there a way to troubleshoot this or figure out more on the error message or what it means?
