Smart view is not connecting to the shared Essbase connection

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We upgraded from 11.2.14 to 11.2.15. We have following setting in

Foundation server with APS, Shared service, FDMEE, CAL Manager and FR report

Planning server and Essbase server have EAS and Essbase

Smart view is not able to connect through shared connection to Essbase. I am using the following URL http:// WebServer_xyz.abc:19000/workspace/SmartViewProviders

Same URL is working for shared connection for planning but not for Essbase

We are getting following error "Unable to connect to the provider"

Any help is really appreciated
