How to open the 3di file

The program cadview 3d was discontinued by oracle and we have a 3di file. Earlier the user were open it in internet explorer and windows xp machines.

Now we want to open the 3di file of the plant models, how to open it and convert it to other compatible software eg, navisworks, autocad, microstation.
