ACA Corrections First A Replacement and Now A Rejection
Hello,
The backstory is this client had a rejection for replacement files for 2021 because they were never validated, then submitted and rejected and nothing was done with them until earlier this year. With Victoria's assistance we sent the 12 files to the IRS with the 2021 1095C Schema and the 2023 1094C Schema. Nine of the files have been accepted, three have been rejected with errors.
Here are my questions:
Do I use the same Correction ID I used to create the replacement files in the ACA Information Returns Workbench?
In the Work With ACA Transmissions program do I delete the replacement? Add a new line for a rejection?
