Identifying which account can access ORDS Console

I have recently inherited an ORDS deployment and am trying to access the console at https://%ORDS_HOST%/prod/os/. I can get to the login screen, but I am struggling to identify which account I use to access it. Is there a default account? How do I identify which account(s) have access? How can I set which accounts have access?
