Standard Hours Change from 37.5 to 40 Hours
We wlll be converting Standard Hours from 37.5 to 40 Hours in HR for the first pay period in 2025. Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions/gotchas on what to look out for (such as for accruals, balances, configurations, data, etc.)? We do have some custom program code hard-coded to use 37.5, so we will make appropriate changes there. Also, we cap the LEAVE ACCRUAL processing at 75 hours for our bi-weekly pay period in the Accruals COBOL program. Therefore, we may need to retrofit accordingly.
Any advice/tips will be of great apprecation.
