JDE E1 9.2 Missing F4111 records after R31802A

During ME close, it was discovered that the F4111 did not match the F0911. Further analysis found that a large group of F0411 records were missing for period of time during the day ~5:00-~13:00, so not all records were missing for a day. The R31802A created the JE's and those posted to the F0911. The records were there for R31802A, but disappeared some time after it ran which was ~19:30. They definitely were not there for the ASOF job around midnight, nor for the DW ETL at 3AM the next morning. DB is SQL
