ORCH:Notifications Link to an app filters with '!=' before the imput value

in Integration Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered ✓

We have created a notification with a link to a JDE app (P17500 Case Management). We have done the set up in the Notification to filter with the document (DOCO) that comes as imput,

but it filters the documen number with the diferent simbol before it '!='. So it shows all the document except the needed one.

The document number is showing properly in the text of the notification.

Do you know what could be happening with that filter?
