How do I get the Items Activity and the Track and Trace Dashboard data to populate in r12.2.7

Currently on EBS R 12.2.7 implementing v9 of the dashboards. Items Activity and Track and Trace Dashboards does not populate any data. These are my data sets but refinement configurations are set with preloaded configurations as Reservation as the default . There are no query options. What are we doing wrong.
