Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there any way to decrypt fields in Oracle BI Publisher which are encrypted using SiebelEncrypt.RC2 in our siebel database.

Siebel version : Siebel ip 16
BI oracle version : Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.3.0

We are using SQL based BIP reports defined by connecting to Siebel DB in BIP server and running the reports from BIP server directly.
