After upgrading the agents to 13.5 huge amount of IP address not encoded correctly in emagent.nohup

Directly starting after upgrading the agent from 13.4 to 13.5 in November last year on all of my agents in agent_inst/ sysman/log/emagent.nohup this notification appear over a million times now:

IP address not encoded correctly.

IP address not encoded correctly.

IP address not encoded correctly.

Still new entries are added.

MOS does not give me a hit on this issue. Is this a feature or a bug?

We are now on agent RU21
