Where is the Latest ODA Plugin for OEM

Can anyone point me in the direction of the latest 13.5.1 or 13.4.4 OEM plugin for ODA please ?

I have tried the 13.4.3 release but it suffers from a known issue :

ODA Target Discovery Failure With Verify User Credentials (Doc ID 3017497.1)

Solution is :

Update the ODA plugin to 13.5.1.0.0 or the latest and then apply the latest patch to the EM agent home.

However I can't find a link for this anywhere (although it also seems to go by the 13.4.4 name too which again I can't find).
