Address Line 3 and Line 4 of supplier site address not displayed in application.

Hi,

For some supplier sites address Line 3 and address Line 4 are populated in ap_supplier_sites_all table but these 2 fields are not displayed in application. Is there any particular setup that is required so that these fields are displayed ?
