Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. There are some wip JOBs we have where we are not able to open DFF fileds. its showing that no list of values.

Please let me know the possible causes behind this.
