PO Approved but Status not Updated in F4209

Hello, 

We have a external set up to send email reminders to JDE PO approvers to approve any PO's in their queue. This takes into account the PO status in the table F4209. Few JDE users
have reported to receive PO approval reminder emails for approved PO's. These
PO's do not appear under the users JDE queue in Purchase Order Approvals - Work
With Orders Awaiting Approval (P43081_c100). In the table F4209 I see these
PO's at status 2N - N Pending Message - Message is waiting in the Approval
