API to move WIP move transaction

We are in R 12.1.3, do we have any API to move WIP Move transactions? Currently we are inserting the data in wip_mov_txn_interface table but sometimes because of one bad transaction all other lines in the interface table getting stuck. So want to check the API option instead of inserting the data in the interface table
