tfactl blackout in place but still receive notification

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We have tfactl blackout configured :

tfactl blackout add -targettype database -target all -event "DIA0 Critical Database Process As Root" -timeout 365d -c -reason "can be ignore happen at CDB creation"

tfactl blackout print

but with AHF version 24.4 we receive notifications like:

Event: .*DIA0 Critical Database Process As Root.*
Event time: 2024-05-15T10:07:08.000-0400

File containing event: /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/zzcdbname/ZZCDBNAME/trace/alert_ZZCDBNAME.log

String containing event: DIA0 Critical Database Process As Root: Hang ID 1 blocks 3 sessions

Logs will be collected at: /opt/oracle.ahf/data/repository/auto_srdcDIA0_Wed_May_15_10_07_08_EDT_2024_node_servername

What configuration I need to avoid that notification ?
