Can we have an embedded video in a job posting?

Do we have the ability to attach an embedded video into the job description section of a new job posting so when the job is posted the applicant will see a video that they can click on to get additional information?

I am able to attach a link but that then displays as a link that the applicant would need to click on to take them to the video. Would would rather have the start screen of the video display with an arrow to click to play the video.

Is this possible?
