ODA 19.22 odacli update-database stuck

database upgrade using command "odacli update-database " stuck.

I can connect to database from new oracle home , but the metadata of oda seems not updated.
There was space issue in the middle of the job , which was fixed.

Not able to do any other database upgrade also , it gives error "Status Code: 500 DCS-10001: Internal error encountered: java.lang.NullPointerException.?
