Where would script parameters be, 11.2.x?

Hello,

We have something that was developed by consultants a number of years ago and I am trying to find out where these script parameters would be. This is what I have in the documentation.

System Location

— has added a custom location to the application that is used to store information used across the various custom scripting processes. The intent of this location is to allow the information to be updated and maintained as the application grows over time while eliminating the need to modify the code within a script. There are several parameters tables maintained in this System location that are used in the Data Sync process. The target application used for the System location is called ER_Scripting and it has been added as a custom application specifically for this purpose
