OEM making multiple connections to instance ora-20

Hi,

I see that OEM makes a lot of connections to an db instance (about 400!) and in one case it led to ora-20 causing havoc (customers were not able to connect). I did two things:

  1. followed Doc ID 2831213.1
  2. and installed (later) OEM 13.5 RU 21

But I still see an average of 400 OEM sessions per instance! and most of the connections are old (20 days) and inactive.

Is there a solution for this?
