Run Controls - Copy a existing one?

We have a new user in Asset Management. We are wondering if we can create their run controls for processes - Load Depr reporting table, load NBV table, etc. - by copying an existing users controls. I don't see a way to do it online.

can we do it from the back end? copy existing run control, rename it and change the user associated with it.

I'm asking because we have 110 Business Units in AM. and it takes hours to setup run controls manually.

If we can do it from the back end, what tables do I need to be sure to update?
