FRM-92101: THERE WAS A FAILURE IN FORMS SERVER DURING STARTUP

Good Day,

We are experiencing an issue with our Oracle EBS 12.2.4 configuration on the DMZ. The problem arises when running concurrent forms or other forms, resulting in the error displayed above. This error also affects the validation of user details in iRecruitment. It's worth noting that this is a newly configured environment.

I have attached a screenshot of the error and the log file from forms_server1 server for your reference. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it directly impacts iRecruitment user validation.
