OLVM Import Storage Domain Fails

I am attempting to import a storage domain at our DR site from a Dell PowerStore. When I attempt to import the domain, type FC, via OLVM, it fails with the following error:

The Dell PowerStore Volume I am attempting to import is being replicated from our primary site to our DR site. I put the replicated volume into "Failover Test" mode prior to the domain import process.

I have reviewed the configuration of the domain/volume in question within OLVM and the Dell PowerStore and cannot find the cause.
