I am attempting an upgrade of Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.4.0, and when I execute the rootupgrade.sh script, the operation bombs out with message "Reference data is not available for verifying prerequisites on this operating system distribution.

The pre-upgrade checks failed, aborting the upgrade
