Transfer of Master data from JDE to other ERP i.e. Syspro.

JDE Enterprise 9.2
We have a requirement to send the Master data ( Customer master, Supplier Master) to other ERPs For example Syspro. Our issue is that in both ERPs, a few field's data definitions are different. for example, In JDE Country code is a two-digit code but in Syspro Country code is a three-digit code, The Business unit in JDE is numeric but in Syspro it is alphanumeric.
Can anyone help what is the best approach to translate these types of fields?
