Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I configure Oracle goldengate microservice for mysql version 21, to extract data from source database as mysql 5.7

Sometime, the input checkpoint doesn't change, it remain timestamp for hours and there no information in deployment's log.

Where I can find log to find out what's going on?
